We are a public sector consultancy and training business that is available to help your organisation move forward and become more efficient and effective. Graham Oliver is a CIPFA qualified public sector accountant with over 23 years’ experience in local government. He has worked across the local government sector (district, county and London boroughs) and across all aspects of the business (corporate, social care, education, environmental services, housing) and is a highly experienced senior manager and leader. He is also a school governor, with specific responsibility for finance.
